I am assuming that most of the codes would fix themselves and go away once the main culprit has been repaired. Switching the engine off and restarting it does somewhat steady the idle a little bit but it certainly doesn't stop the roughness, just makes it more tolerable. In 'NEUTRAL' I cannot rev the engine past 4k-RPM, Sometimes it's idling so badly at a stoplight that its bucking like a horse. It's drivable but idle's rough, sluggish acceleration and a lot of throttle to maintain highway speeds. I need some help, my mom's 05' C230K with 146K miles is running terrible.
